{"id":3304,"date":"2023-10-10T10:28:15","date_gmt":"2023-10-10T08:28:15","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.noovle.com\/?page_id=3304"},"modified":"2023-10-10T11:26:31","modified_gmt":"2023-10-10T09:26:31","slug":"whistleblowing","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.noovle.com\/en\/about-us\/governance\/whistleblowing\/","title":{"rendered":"Whistleblowing"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"bckTitleImg\">\n<h1 style=\"margin-bottom: 10px; margin-left: 10px\">Whistleblowing<\/h1>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"pl\" style=\"font-family: 'TIMSansWeb-light','TIM Sans';\">\n<p>\nThe <strong class=\"blue\">TIM Group<\/strong> strongly believes in the importance of fostering an open corporate culture based on ethics, transparency and responsibility.\n<\/p>\n<p>\nFor this reason <strong class=\"blue\">TIM<\/strong> and the <strong class=\"blue\">TIM Group companies<\/strong> provide <strong class=\"blue\">internal channels for reporting<\/strong> information to<br \/>\nthe<a class=\"blue\" href=\"https:\/\/www.gruppotim.it\/en\/group\/governance\/supervisory-body.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Supervisory Body<\/a> that refers to TIM Group personnel and\/or third parties relating to violations of laws and regulations, of the Code of Ethics and Conduct of the TIM Group, of the Organisational Model 231, and of the system of rules and<br \/>\nprocedures in force within the TIM Group. Dedicated channels are available for commercial complaints and disputes or requests related to personal interests.\n<\/p>\n<p>\nYour active and responsible participation in reporting any non-compliant<br \/>\nbehaviour enables the company to detect any irregularities and take timely<br \/>\ncorrective action, preventing any financial or reputational damage.\n<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><strong class=\"blue\">Who can report?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\n<strong class=\"blue\">Anyone may submit a report<\/strong>: employees, former employees, job applicants, partners, customers, suppliers, consultants, associates and, more generally, anyone who has a legitimate interest in the business activities of the TIM Group.\n<\/p>\n<p>\nYou can also do this anonymously.\n<\/p>\n<p>\nThe <strong class=\"blue\">report<\/strong> must be<br \/>\n<strong class=\"blue\">adequately substantiated<\/strong>, i.e. it must contain<br \/>\nsufficient details to ascertain the facts reported (e.g. elements that make<br \/>\nit possible to identify the persons involved, the context, the place and<br \/>\ntime when the facts took place, and supporting documentation).\n<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><strong class=\"blue\">How can you report?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\nYou can submit a report, also anonymously, via:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>the<br \/>\n<a class=\"blue\" href=\"https:\/\/portalesegnalazioni.telecomitalia.it\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Whistleblowing Portal<\/a>, which guarantees the confidentiality of the whistleblower&#8217;s identity through the use of secure protocols and encryption tools. Once all the details have been entered, the Portal provides a Unique Identification Code that allows you to check the processing status and send and receive communications (also anonymously); <\/a><\/li>\n<li>voicemail at the <strong class=\"blue\">freephone number 800664411<\/strong>;<\/li>\n<li><strong class=\"blue\">ordinary mail<\/strong> sent to the Supervisory Body of TIM or of the TIM Group company concerned, addressed to the registered office of the company concerned.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\n<strong class=\"blue\">Remember<\/strong>that if you receive a report, in any form (written or verbal), you must send it <strong class=\"blue\">promptly<\/strong> and in any case<br \/>\n<strong class=\"blue\">within 7 days<\/strong> of receipt, to the Supervisory Body concerned, through the above-mentioned channels, or via the TIM Audit Department, providing simultaneous notification to the whistleblower (if known) and ensuring absolute confidentiality.\n<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>\n<strong class=\"blue\">How reports are handled<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\nReports are received by the <strong class=\"blue\">Supervisory Body<\/strong> of TIM or of the TIM Group company concerned, which is supported by the <strong class=\"blue\">TIM Audit Department<\/strong> for deepening investigations.\n<\/p>\n<p>\nWithin 7 days of receipt, you will obtain the <strong class=\"blue\">acknowledgement of report receipt<\/strong> dand within 3 months of such notice you will receive <strong class=\"blue\">feedback<\/strong> on the action taken or intended to be taken on the report.\n<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>\n<strong class=\"blue\">Guarantee of confidentiality and protections<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\n<a class=\"blue\" href=\"https:\/\/www.gazzettaufficiale.it\/eli\/id\/2023\/03\/15\/23G00032\/sg\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Legislative Decree No. 24 of 10 March 2023<\/a> (transposition of the European Directive 2019\/1937 on Whistleblowing) introduced a single set of rules for reporting channels and whistleblowers\u2019 protections in the public and private sectors.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n<strong class=\"blue\">Absolute confidentiality<\/strong> is guaranteed to the whistleblower, facilitator and persons involved in the report.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n<strong class=\"blue\">No personal or professional retaliation is permitted or tolerated<\/strong> due to the report made.
